MyPerfectCoin USDT Transaction Agreement

This USDT Transaction Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions between MyPerfectCoin, a digital asset platform operated by SWIM Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”), and any individual or entity (“you,” “your,” “user,” or “client”) who engages in the buying, selling, or withdrawal of USDT (Tether) via our platform.

By initiating a transaction through MyPerfectCoin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Purchase of USDT

1.1. You agree that all purchases of USDT are final and non-refundable.

1.2. Upon successful payment confirmation (via bank transfer, deposit, or approved method), your purchased USDT will be credited to the TRC20 wallet address you provide.

1.3. You are solely responsible for providing a valid and accurate TRC20 wallet address. MyPerfectCoin shall not be liable for any losses due to incorrect or misdirected addresses.

1.4. Minimum purchase requirements and transaction limits may apply and are subject to change at our discretion.

1.5. For security and anti-fraud purposes, we may delay or hold orders for verification. Orders involving large sums may require additional identity or source-of-funds verification.

2. Withdrawal of USDT

2.1. Withdrawals of USDT can only be made to a valid TRC20 wallet address submitted by the user.

2.2. MyPerfectCoin does not reverse or recover USDT once it is successfully sent. We are not liable for lost funds due to:

  • Incorrect wallet addresses

  • Inaccessible wallets

  • Typographical errors or omissions

  • Network errors unrelated to our platform

2.3. It is your sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of your wallet address before submitting any withdrawal request.

2.4. All withdrawals may be subject to processing time, fees, and daily limits. We reserve the right to delay or reject withdrawals for compliance, fraud prevention, or security reasons.

3. No Refunds and Irreversibility

3.1. All USDT transactions are final and irreversible. No refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or cancellations are permitted once the transaction has been confirmed.

3.2. This policy applies to all transaction methods, including but not limited to:

  • Bank deposits

  • Bank transfers

  • Wallet top-ups

  • In-platform purchases

3.3. You agree that by submitting payment, you explicitly waive your right to dispute or reverse the transaction with your financial institution or payment provider.

4. Risk Disclosure

4.1. Digital assets, including USDT, are inherently volatile and may be subject to technological and regulatory risks.

4.2. MyPerfectCoin does not guarantee the future value of USDT or any financial return on purchases, holdings, or use of digital assets.

4.3. We do not act as a financial advisor or broker. Users should conduct their own due diligence before transacting.

5. Compliance with Laws

5.1. You agree to use MyPerfectCoin in full compliance with all applicable local, regional, and international laws.

5.2. You may not use the platform for illegal activities including, but not limited to, money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or any activity in violation of anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. In no event shall MyPerfectCoin, SWIM Ltd, or any of its affiliates, officers, or employees be liable for any loss of funds, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of our services

  • Delay or failure in transaction processing

  • Errors in wallet address submissions

  • Security breaches on third-party wallets

6.2. Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid to purchase USDT, and only if we are proven to be grossly negligent.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
