MyPerfectCoin Investment Agreement

Effective Date: 26/07/2025

This Investment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Investor”, “User”, or “Client”) and MyPerfectCoin, a digital asset service owned and operated by SWIM Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing the terms of participation in the MyPerfectCoin Investment Program.

By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by this legally binding Agreement and acknowledge that you fully understand the terms and associated risks.

1. Investment Overview

1.1. The MyPerfectCoin Investment Program allows users to invest USDT (TRC20 only) from their wallet balance on the platform.

1.2. The platform generates monthly profits through crypto-related activities. From these profits:

  • 60% is retained by the platform

  • 40% is shared proportionally among all active investors

1.3. Returns are not fixed and may vary monthly depending on actual performance.

2. Eligibility and Verification

2.1. You must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Have a verified MyPerfectCoin account

  • Have a wallet balance sufficient for the investment

  • Accept this Agreement prior to investing

2.2. MyPerfectCoin may require further identity verification or source-of-funds documentation for compliance purposes.

3. Investment Terms

3.1. All investments must be made using USDT (TRC20) from your MyPerfectCoin wallet balance.

3.2. Each investment is considered locked for a minimum of 30 days. Early withdrawals are not permitted during this period.

3.3. After the lock-in period, you may submit a withdrawal or cancellation request, subject to review and availability of liquidity.

3.4. MyPerfectCoin does not guarantee any fixed return or principal protection.

4. Profit Distribution

4.1. Profits (if any) will be distributed monthly based on each investor’s share of the total investment pool.

4.2. Your individual payout = (Your Investment ÷ Total Pool) × 40% of Platform Profit for the Month

4.3. Payouts will be credited directly to your MyPerfectCoin wallet balance.

4.4. Profit shares are calculated and distributed in USDT. You will be notified via email or dashboard alert upon each distribution.

5. No Refunds and Irreversibility

5.1. All investments are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a platform-determined refund due to technical or operational errors.

5.2. You waive the right to dispute, reverse, or cancel any investment once submitted.

6. Risks and Disclaimers

6.1. You understand that:

  • Cryptocurrency investments are high-risk

  • Market conditions, regulatory changes, or external events can affect performance

  • There is no guarantee of return or preservation of capital

6.2. MyPerfectCoin is not a licensed financial institution or investment advisor. This program does not constitute a security, financial product, or regulated fund.

6.3. You agree to participate at your own risk and based on your own due diligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. MyPerfectCoin, SWIM Ltd, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Loss of funds

  • Missed profits

  • Investment underperformance

  • Delays or disruptions in payouts

7.2. In no case shall our liability exceed the amount you originally invested.

8. Withdrawal and Cancellation

8.1. You may request to withdraw your investment after the 30-day lock-in period via the dashboard.

8.2. Withdrawal of capital may take up to 7 business days, depending on platform liquidity and verification.

8.3. MyPerfectCoin reserves the right to limit or delay withdrawals during periods of high volatility, system maintenance, or force majeure.

9. Compliance and Conduct

9.1. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Not use the platform for illicit activity

  • Cooperate with any compliance or verification checks

9.2. Any attempt to manipulate the system or breach this Agreement may result in termination of your access and forfeiture of unpaid returns.

10. Modifications

MyPerfectCoin may update this Agreement or the Investment Program structure at any time. Continued participation implies your acceptance of such changes.
